  • To book your appointment, simply access your online booking portal using any device. If it's your first time making a booking, we recommend watching our "How to" video, which you can find by clicking on this link. In case you haven't set up your account yet, please get in touch with our sales team on 020 8098 2182 or send an email to info@presentyourproperty.co.uk. They'll be more than happy to assist you.

  • Make a booking in as little as 2 minutes.

  • We are constantly working towards being able to offer as much availability as possible. We currently guarantee that we will be able to fulfil your booking request made with at least 48 hours notice but aim to offer more availability than that.

  • Yes, you get one round of amends on photographs and floor plans if small changes need to be addressed.

  • If you aren’t happy with the quality of the photos we will need to know what you’re not happy with in order to get the job rectified. If it is due to the property itself not being prepared then you would need to get the job booked back in. This would be chargeable.

  • You will receive all of your content by 11am the following day.

  • The minimum notice required to make a booking is 2 hours to allow for travel however you can call us directly in the case of an emergency booking and we will try our best to accommodate your booking request.

  • Yes, all of our EPC providers are accredited.

  • Our photographers must have a minimum standard of equipment that is set by us. All photos are taken on a wide angle lens to show as much of the property as possible.

  • We have a team of in house editors that edit all of our photos. This gives us full control over the quality of your photographs and allows us to keep to our tight turnaround times.
